Day 20 of 365

How did this month go so fast and that the end of the month is next week? It is completely insane and I'm happy to bring a little more me style word count!! 7216 words written today and I could not be prouder of it!! :D A little new adventure that I am putting Shift and Grave through and so far I'm not sure how it will come out but I'm happy to be on this one.


Well ... WHOO! I'm off to just hangout with the husband since I have not done that as much as I should have.

Day 19 of 365!

It was a ruff day but I must say I have a great feeling inside me right now. I can't explain it but when your doctors tells you that you should box and you have always wanted to...  it feels good!! :)


A good 2018 words written today and some kick ass music listened to. Can life always feel this good? Please??! :) Might jump on the treadmill as well and push this day for all its worth.


Thank you life :) I needed a little more happiness every once and awhile.

PS - Did a quick 15 minute OAR and got another 1846!!! YAY! 123 words per minute and slowly getting closer to my goal of 150 wpm! I CAN DO IT! *cries slightly* 3864 words altogether today.

Day 18 of 365!

Almost time for bed and I got 619 words done XD What a wonderful and peaceful day, which ended a great weekend! Sad to go back to work but I'm glad that I was able to rest enough to feel better than I did last week.

Day 17 of 365!

Whoo! Second day of a long weekend and I'm pooped as all heck :) I've been working on my writing room on and off all afternoon with a couple loads of dishes and my body is definitely trying to catch up with itself after a very busy couple of months of work. But I'm proud that I am that much closer to being done my writing room and it will be a place that I can go in and relax and just be in my little world that I have created.

Another 505 words written tonight and now it is time for some well deserved rest! Tomorrow, more work on the writing room, working the baby horses, buying food and eating it XD

Thank you blog! Almost forgot that I needed to write today but I knew that I had to work on the blog so poof, 500 words :)

Day 16 of 365

Well going through caffeine withdrawal again and it is never fun! Hopefully tomorrow I will be more lively and have less head pain and am able to keep my eyes open. BUT I had a great great breakfast with a fellow writer that lasted until lunch XD I can't complain as that was very fun and made up for the rest of the day just being okay. Am so blessed that I was bale to get this day off and I got 514 words done for today which is definitely good enough for me.


Hoping tomorrow I can move the rest of my bookshelves and jam out to some music in my office. *crosses fingers* Now I just have to change my DVD since this season was supposed to come in English and it didn't :(

Day 15 of 365!

Well after a 12 hour work day, I still managed 1,043 words!! WHOO! :) Now I get to sleep and get up for a great breakfast with a fellow writer and having a nice long long weekend.

Now time to rest and very proud of my writing :) and if I wasn't so tired I would have written a lot more.

Day 14 of 365

I can not believe that tomorrow is the middle of January, where did it all go! Though I feel like I did not do the amount of writing I really could do, I'm so proud that was I was able to keep up with at least 500 words per day with my working schedule :) Though editing and sorting must be done soon!!! Perhaps an entire weekend of just writing and working on my writing room (I will get to use my Alienware soon so that I can use question marks again XD)

Well only one more day before my long weekend!! *dances* BRING IT ON! Muhahahahahaha! WHOO.

One more day of extreme stress then I get to go home on time everyday with Friday off *dances*

Day 12 of 365!

Getting off on time from work is like the biggest treat in the world, how sad is that! Well another so much fun writing night as Shift was just being her completely insane and silly self. Wow, that 1,162 words just flew by and now I am debating if more is required to complete the evening.

So in my complete happy insanity I decided I wanted to "try" 750k words in April. It will be after we do T4's my office, during the time that my husband will be writing finals AND before I start training horses. I think that's a great way to start the spring!! :D Why not! *hides from happy self*

Please excuse my lack of question marks as this keyboard has some broken keys. It is my fastest keyboard but that key missing is really really annoying.

Day 11 out of 365

Well it is almost time for bed to start another insane week! I feel like I'm falling to the first book I ever started every single time this week as it is the most relaxing thing to write :) Another 512 words written and definitely calmed the nerves. Lets hope I'm up early enough that I can pack up this computer and then write at work and hopefully get some serious editing/writing done!! :)


Whoo!!! :D Bought lots of healthy stuff this weekend so I'm excited to start eating healthy all over again. Wish me luck!

Short and sweet as sleep is so much needed. 1003 words achieved!! WHOO... *falls over*

Day 9 of 365 :)

Well there will be fountains added to my writing room as of tonight! Though I have to work tomorrow which makes me sad, I'm happy that I can make my room a place where I love to be in and relax. 1,017 words have been written today and I'm very happy to just hang out with my family and relax tonight! :D Make the best with what I have and now it is time to rest before another day at work.

Day 8 - Exausted

Does anyone feel like when you have finished Thursday that you are just completely exhausted? This is just one of those weeks that are just completely insane but my husband surprised me by offering to take me out to Red Lobster so I did not work as much overtime as I had planned and had a great evening!

I pulled off 1001 words today and it felt so happy and so easy to write as it was stories off my first book that I ever started writing Freedom Acers. These stories just flow and they are what I write when I'm stuck or if I just need happiness. 2015 writing is kicking ass and organize my writing and I think my fountains (cheap but delightful) came in today!! :D This is going to be one of the best weekends in a long long time. WHOOOOO!

Day 7!! One Week completed

It feel like after writing 50k days that this should be something that would be so extremely easy. But little as I wrote, my characters are still continuing to open up and continuing to show what they are... Is it because of my mood after work? Is it because they finally decided it was their time? Really I'm just proud of them for showing me a side of them that I never knew existed when I started this trilogy.

This 500 words was so extremely hard to write about Grave. He is a character that I absolutely love when he is in a good mood and is taking risks that no other would ever take just to get a book that he needs at that moment. Watching him be him pain after pain and suffering through it is just killing me but I know in the end that he will be something fantasterrifical!

527 words later today and I actually finished before 10 PM XD Another day lived and coming home to a very loving and great husband! Another day that I am thankful that I have lived!

Saddness

Got my words in just in time for bed (actually I'm going to bed a little late now XD) and I'm happy to say that I still made my words and achieved 510 words. It may not be too much for what I can write but I'm still proud of myself and I'm happy to see the love of friendship between two characters. Even through times that seem completely impossible, friends are there and can be just as important as family as they turn into family.

I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THIS WEEK!

Day 5!

Oh Mondays! You are truly evil :) With that said, I was blessed with a second astonishing co-worker and I could not be more blessed! I managed to hit 515 words today and if it wasn't so late I think I would love to keep writing and see where it goes. This weekend is all about editing my trilogy and getting it printed so that I can get the beast in order XD

Day 4

My characters just continue to make me happy as I'm slowly working through missing scenes from my trilogy. The true softer side of them is starting to show and they are turning more into true characters instead of just one sided ideas. I only wrote 551 words as I'm just exhausted today and staying awake is just too hard. Brought up my mood so I can't ask for more :)

Day 3 - Am I really liking to write again?

As extremely pathetic as it sounds, not hitting my goal of 1 million words in November due to not being able to take holidays from work (due to shortage of workers) and only making it to 429k in 16 days (Pathetic right? LOL), I really lost the love for writing. But the migraines every day from getting up at 5 am, taking no breaks at work and then writing 3-4 hours after a full day of work was just beginning not to be worth it. It honestly took until now to get over not making my goal and today was the first time I really jammed out to my music and am typing over 100 wpm while rocking my head to my music. IT FEELS GREAT! (Stupid me for taking so long).


At the moment I've written 1,004 words in under 10 minutes today and I may do more, I may not. But I'm very proud of accomplishing this :) There is also the fact that my husband is really starting to support my writing. It was not that he was not supporting me the entire way through but I think this last year he really started to see how important it was to me and how much of myself I put into these novels. I'm married to the most amazing person in the entire world and I would not trade my life for anyone's. I'm sure there are no actual readers out there XD but thank you for all the friends in my life that are family and my family (may be few) that are still family to me and both are amazing!


Yay for happiness.

No Energy

Got to love those days were you just don't have any energy after work? Starring at Spreadsheet for over 8 straight hours, attempting to get the new accounts moved over into a new system with multiple people looking at you for something to do.. phew.. Happy to have a small break from that :)


Can't give up on my writing on January 2... the 2nd day! So I'm going to write something, even if its only a paragraph I'm going to write about my love Grave and Shift.

To Love Writing Again

2015 is finally upon us and I'm beyond excited about it! 2014 is not a year I would want to repeat, I've learned a lot in the last year but there were too many tears and horrible events that I am excited to have a new year to start. This year is all about learning to really love my writing like I did in 2013 when I did my first 500,000 in a month.


Today is all about writing what I absolutely love, my trilogy! I hope that all the other writers out there are having a great first day of another year to explore their minds and discover new characters and worlds.


Doing more spell checking on my 429,000 words written in November 2014 I'm sure will follow after tonight :)
